I matched my mesh jersey top from TOPMAN with the mesh skirt from H&M as i felt that the two pieces matched really well together and then i put on a black leather jacket, also from H&M with some simple neck pieces to complete the look.

 Had brunch over at the cheery cafe W39! Then went for a shopping trip with my bestfriend, Angeline! Bought quite a number of items from TOPSHOP, H&M & FOREVER 21! A pretty productive day because i've got quite a few items off my wish list already (yay!!!) I can't wait to style them and fill this space up more!

Attended my godmum's wedding lunch and solemnization today at the Flute @ ARTMUSEUM so thus I decided to doll up a lil' to suit the occasion. I paired my dress with a wine red blazer to bring out the red accent of the dress and then paired it with a pair of cream flats to also bring out the feminine accent of the dress.

this is officially my first blog post for 2014, sorry for the lack of posts guys!! since school has already started for me and I don't have much time to go out and take outfit shots, :(
I'm really excited since Chinese New Year is just around the corner which also means... MORE NEW CLOTHES AND SHOES FOR THE NEW YEAR!!! Nevertheless, i wish all of you especially those around me will have a good 2014 ahead, love you all!

ABOUT THE LOOK- I kept it minimal underneath the blazer as I wanted all attention on it, so I put together a chiffon sheer collar top and a studded leather skirt together. This leather skirt seems to work wonders, it can make any outfit more edgier and classier. For the accessories, I just wore a simple gold statement necklace and some rose gold x white arm accessories.
